What is Dyorna?
Dyorna is a Casablanca-based platform that connects travellers with owners of furnished apartments. We are not an agency, not a property manager — we are a verified directory.
Owners publish their listings. Travellers contact owners directly via WhatsApp. Price, dates, terms and payment are negotiated between you, with no middleman and no commission.
Our role ends at the introduction and the verification of listings. Once contact is made, it's between you and the owner.
Why this approach?
International platforms (Airbnb, Booking) take 15% to 20% on every booking. Dyorna works differently: we introduce, that's it. No commission, no middleman in the transaction.
In Casablanca, word of mouth and WhatsApp are still the most effective tools for renting an apartment. Dyorna takes this model and adds what was missing: a professional showcase, verified photos, and online visibility.
How we verify listings
Before an apartment appears on Dyorna, we verify:
- The owner's identity
- The actual existence of the apartment at the stated address
- The authenticity of the photos (no photos stolen from other sites)
- That the price is consistent with the Casablanca market
Listings that do not meet these criteria are rejected or removed.
What Dyorna does not do
To avoid any ambiguity:
- We do not handle bookings
- We do not host travellers
- We take no commission on transactions
- We are not liable for disputes between travellers and owners
- We do not intervene if a problem arises during your stay
