How Dyorna works

A platform that lists furnished apartments for short stays in Casablanca. We verify listings and then connect travellers directly with owners via WhatsApp. We do not handle bookings.

On Airbnb, the platform handles payments, commissions and communication. On Dyorna, you speak directly with the owner — like a regular WhatsApp chat. There is no commission, no middleman, and no centralised payment system.

Yes, 100% free. You only pay the apartment price, negotiated directly with the owner.

How to book an apartment

On the apartment page, tap "Contact the owner on WhatsApp". A message is pre-filled with the apartment name — just add your dates and send it.

Your check-in and check-out dates, the number of guests, and any specific requests (parking, late arrival, pet, etc.).

Payment is agreed directly with the owner. Each owner has their own terms: deposit by bank transfer, cash on arrival, etc. Ask for details on WhatsApp before confirming the booking.

No. Dyorna does not intervene in transactions. Payments happen directly between you and the owner. That's why we recommend always meeting the owner or their representative at key handover before paying the balance.

Rental terms

Some owners apply a tourist tax in line with local regulations. Check directly with the owner before confirming your booking.

No. Each owner sets their own terms: rate, minimum stay, cancellation policy, deposit, check-in hours. These terms should be agreed in writing with the owner before booking.

Security and verification

We verify the owner's identity, the actual existence of the apartment, the authenticity of photos, and that the price is consistent with the local market. Non-compliant listings are rejected or removed.

Write to us through the "Report a listing" form on the relevant apartment page, or contact the platform on WhatsApp. We investigate every report.

Wait 24 hours. Owners are individuals, not call centres. If you still have no reply after 24 hours, try another apartment and report the listing to us — we'll contact the owner from our end.

For owners

Visit the "List your apartment" page and fill out the form. We'll get back to you within 48 hours to verify the listing before publication.

Nothing. Dyorna is free for owners. No commission, no subscription, no hidden fees.

No, never. We take no commission. You keep 100% of your revenue.

Yes — that's the whole point. You set your rate, your terms, your payment method. Dyorna simply makes you visible to travellers.

Depending on your municipality's rules, you may be required to collect a tourist tax from your guests. Check with your town hall.
