Terms of use

1. Purpose

Dyorna is a service published by Offtype SARL AU (single-member limited liability company, El Jadida RC No. 25475, ICE 003990497000010). Dyorna is an electronic platform connecting travellers with owners of furnished apartments in Casablanca. Dyorna is neither a real estate agency nor a property manager — it is a verified directory for short-term rentals. Every transaction takes place directly between the traveller and the owner.

2. Acceptance of terms

Using the site constitutes full and unreserved acceptance of these Terms of Use. If you disagree with them, please do not use the site.

3. Owners' obligations

• Provide accurate and complete information in the listing (description, photos, price)
• Comply with Moroccan law, including Law 80-14 on tourist establishments
• Clearly communicate the rental terms to the traveller before any booking
• Register travellers and collect the tourist tax in accordance with local regulations
• Not publish misleading content or content contrary to the law

4. Travellers' obligations

• Respect the rental terms agreed with the owner
• Take good care of the rented accommodation
• Not use the platform for fraudulent purposes

5. Right to remove listings

Dyorna reserves the right to remove or refuse any listing that does not meet its verification criteria, contains misleading information, or is contrary to Moroccan law, without notice in serious cases.

6. Liability [LEGAL REVIEW REQUIRED]

Dyorna is solely an introduction platform. Dyorna is not a party to any rental agreement entered into between travellers and owners and accepts no liability for transactions, cancellations, disputes, or any damages resulting from use of the platform. [This clause must be reviewed by a lawyer]

7. Content license — Photos

By publishing photos on Dyorna, the owner grants Dyorna a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display these photos on their listing only. The photos will not be used for any other purpose without explicit consent. The owner warrants that they are the author of the photos or hold the necessary rights to grant this license.

8. Applicable law

Moroccan law. Courts of Casablanca have jurisdiction.
